We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional patient care and have a strong commitment to promoting oral health. As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a crucial role in educating patients about oral hygiene practices and assisting in various dental procedures. Responsibilities

Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations to assess patients' oral health.
Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
Assist dentists during various procedures, including orthodontics and pediatric treatments.
Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix or similar dental software.
Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Provide excellent customer service to create a welcoming atmosphere for patients.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in dental hygiene practices and technologies.

Requirements

Valid state license to practice as a Dental Hygienist.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry.
Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred, including familiarity with dental assisting tasks.
Bilingual skills are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse patient populations.
Experience or knowledge in orthodontics and pediatrics is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $50.00-$52.00 per hour
