We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Temp Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team from August 21st - September 12th to cover the vacation. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional patient care and education, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for all patients. This role involves working closely with dentists and other dental professionals to deliver high-quality oral health services.

Duties

Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations, including scaling and polishing teeth.
Assess patients' oral health and provide recommendations for treatment.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
Maintain accurate patient records using Tracker dental software.
Assist in the management of the dental office, including scheduling appointments and coordinating patient flow.
Provide support in pediatric dentistry, ensuring a positive experience for young patients.

Requirements

Valid state license to practice as a Dental Hygienist.
Experience in a dental office setting is preferred.
Proficiency in using Tracker practice management software.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages.
Ability to work well within a team environment while maintaining professionalism at all times.
