Requirements
- College/CEGEP education in Dental Hygiene
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in dental hygiene
- Active membership with the Ordre des hygiénistes dentaires du Québec
- Ability to conduct initial dental assessments
- Skill in instructing patients regarding oral hygiene
- Experience in cleaning and stimulating gums to prevent gum disease
- Proficiency in applying fluoride treatments
- Capability to remove stains and deposits from teeth
- Experience taking, developing, and mounting X-rays
- Attention to detail
- Manual dexterity
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Accurate and client-focused with excellent oral communication skills
- Team player
- Fluency in French
