Bridgenorth Dental Clinic is seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality dental care and ensuring patient comfort. As a Dental Hygienist, you will be responsible for performing preventive oral care, educating patients on oral hygiene practices, and assisting the dental team in delivering exceptional service.

Duties

Conduct thorough dental cleanings and assessments to maintain optimal oral health for patients.
Utilize Tracker software for patient management, including scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate records.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
Assist in the examination of patients by providing support to the dentist during procedures.
Apply fluoride treatments and sealants as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
Provide excellent clinical care to ensure a positive patient experience.
Collaborate with the dental team to develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

Requirements

Valid license to practice as a Dental Hygienist.
Proficiency in Tracker software is preferred.
Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry.
Previous experience in a dental office setting is advantageous, including any background in dental assisting.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and patient care.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
