Requirements

Active RDH license in good standing with the BC College of Oral Health Professionals
Proficiency in clinical preventive hygiene services, including scaling, root planing, polishing, and topical fluoride application
Strong communication skills with a gentle and thorough approach to patient care
Ability to establish strong patient relationships through ethical and professional behavior
Capacity to thrive in a collaborative and respectful environment
Experience with digital technologies including digital x-rays, paperless charting, and patient management software (Cleardent)
Reliability, caring attitude, and a positive demeanor
Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care services to ensure optimal outcomes
