Dental Hygienist – Join Our Team!

We are looking for a skilled, compassionate, and motivated Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic team at Pathways Dental. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional oral care while creating a welcoming and positive experience for every patient.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing
Take and process dental X-rays as needed
Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and ongoing dental health
Assess gum and oral health, supporting diagnosis and treatment planning
Document all patient care and updates accurately in Dentrix
Collaborate closely with dentists across orthodontics, sleep apnea, TMD, and pediatric care
Uphold sterilization and infection control standards
Deliver excellent customer service to patients of all ages

Qualifications:

Licensed Dental Hygienist in good standing
Proficiency in Dentrix (or willingness to learn quickly)
Experience in orthodontics or pediatric care is an asset
Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
Prior experience in a dental office is preferred
Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset
Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $44.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 39 per week
