Requirements
- Graduation from a college program or other approved program in dental hygiene
- Current registration with the College of Dental Hygiene to practice in Ontario
- Current CPR certification
- Hepatitis B immunization
- Recent clinical experience
- Self-initiation designation is an asset
- Ability to lift and transport heavy equipment
- Valid Ontario driver’s license and reliable vehicle access
- Ability to speak a second language is an asset
- Understanding of public health practices is an asset
- Ability to provide effective dental services in a variety of settings
- Required to have full COVID-19 immunization and provide evidence of status
