Requirements

Current registration with the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario
Dental Hygienist License in Ontario (required)
Strong clinical skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Experience in performing dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning, scaling, and polishing teeth
Experience in taking digital dental x-rays
Knowledge in assessing patients' oral health and providing recommendations
Ability to educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
Familiarity with maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
Understanding of infection control protocols
