Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. This is a permanent, full time position MONDAYS to FRIDAYS 9-5. No evenings, no weekends. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality dental care to our patients, ensuring their oral health is maintained and improved. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Duties

Perform thorough dental cleanings and assessments for patients of all ages, including pediatric care.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits.
Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed for diagnosis and treatment planning.
Document patient treatment plans and progress notes accurately in Abeldent or similar dental software.
Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, providing support as necessary.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Manage patient records with confidentiality and professionalism, ensuring compliance with medical terminology standards.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient inquiries and concerns effectively.

Experience

Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred.
Strong customer service skills are essential for creating a positive patient experience.
