We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients, promoting oral health, and ensuring a comfortable experience during their visits. This role requires a strong commitment to patient education and the ability to work collaboratively with dentists and other staff members in a fast-paced dental office environment.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations on patients of all ages.
Assess patients' oral health and provide appropriate treatment recommendations.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental care.
Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
Maintain accurate patient records using Paradigm.
Assist in the management of patient flow within the office to ensure efficient operations.
Collaborate with dentists on treatment plans for patients, including those requiring orthodontics or pediatric care.
Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a clean working environment.

Skills

Proficiency in dental hygiene techniques and procedures.
Familiarity with Paradigm software.
Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry.
Excellent customer service skills to enhance patient interactions and satisfaction.
Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse patient populations.
Experience or knowledge in pediatrics and orthodontics is highly desirable.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
Clinic is equipped with GBT and Laser, certification will be provided to the right candidate.
