We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care while promoting oral health and hygiene. This role requires a strong commitment to patient education, comfort, and satisfaction, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with dentists and other staff members in a fast-paced dental office environment.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing teeth to remove plaque and tartar.
Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments and document findings in patient records.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
Assist in the development of individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
Collaborate with dentists to provide optimal patient care, including assisting during procedures when necessary.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using Dentrix or similar dental software.
Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Provide excellent customer service to enhance the patient experience, addressing any concerns or questions.

Experience

Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred, particularly with pediatric patients.
Experience in orthodontics or dental assisting is a plus, enhancing the ability to support various aspects of patient care.

Pay: $47.00-$65.00 per hour
