We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional dental care to our patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during their visits. This role requires a strong understanding of dental hygiene practices, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations for patients
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
Take dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
Document patient care and treatment plans accurately using Dentrix
Assist dentists during procedures as required, providing support with instruments and patient management.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
Communicate effectively with patients regarding their treatment options and follow-up care.

Experience

Previous experience working in a periodontal dental office is preferred.
Strong customer service skills to foster positive relationships with patients.
Familiarity with medical terminology related to dentistry is essential.
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to better serve our diverse patient base.
Previous experience in dental assisting is beneficial but not mandatory.
