Lume Dental is growing! We are a new small dental office in Red Deer. We are committed to exceptional dental care and our clinic is located in a nice neighborhood with ample parking. We have brand new modern equipment and are excited for what the future holds!

Lume Dental is currently looking for a full time RDH.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Perform dental hygiene procedures such as dental cleanings, scaling, and polishing, fluoride treatments
Take dental xrays
Assess patients' oral health and provide appropriate treatment recommendations
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide as needed (if certified)
Assist the dentist during dental procedures as needed
Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes
Sterilization and room turnover
Assisting in other clinical areas as needed
General dental offices duties to ensure a clean and smoothly running clinic

Requirements:

Valid Alberta dental hygiene license
Excellent customer service skills with a good attitude and work ethic
Familiarity with Cleardent is an asset but not required

As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a vital role in providing quality oral healthcare to our patients. You will be responsible for performing various dental hygiene procedures, educating patients on oral health. We are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate individual who is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.
