Requirements

Licensed Dental Hygienist (RDH) in good standing in Ontario
Proficient in charting, radiographs, and using dental software systems
Strong interpersonal skills to connect well with patients and teammates
Comfortable educating patients and communicating effectively about treatment needs
Experience with orthodontics, particularly clear aligners, is preferred
Ability to perform dental cleanings (prophylaxis, scaling, root planing) accurately and with attention to patient comfort
Experience in assessing and documenting oral health conditions based on patient history and clinical presentation
Familiarity with applying fluoride and sealants, and providing other preventive treatments as indicated
Knowledge of strict infection control protocols and sterilization practices
Ability to manage patient flow and maintain schedule efficiency
Willingness to take full responsibility for operatory setup, cleanliness, and inventory management
Commitment to continuing education and improving patient care practices
Ability to maintain a calm, positive presence under pressure
