We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients while ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. You will work closely with dentists and other dental professionals to deliver exceptional oral health services, educate patients on proper hygiene practices, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough dental cleanings and examinations to assess oral health.
Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, including brushing, flossing, and dietary choices.
Assist in the diagnosis of oral diseases by examining patients' gums and teeth.
Document patient care and treatment plans accurately in the dental software.
Maintain sterilization protocols for instruments and equipment.
Collaborate with the dental team to provide comprehensive patient care.
Schedule follow-up appointments and manage patient records effectively.

Skills

Proficiency in Dental Assisting techniques is highly desirable.
Strong Customer Service skills to ensure a positive patient experience.
Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse patient populations.
Familiarity with Dental Office operations and procedures is essential.
Knowledge of Medical Terminology to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals.
