Requirements

Valid Registered Dental Hygienist license in British Columbia
Experience in performing comprehensive dental hygiene procedures, including scaling, root planing, polishing, and fluoride applications
Ability to conduct periodontal assessments and oral cancer screenings
Proficient in educating patients on oral hygiene techniques and individualized home care
Document clinical notes accurately and maintain up-to-date patient records
Ability to communicate effectively with the dental team for treatment planning
Knowledge of infection control standards and sterilization protocols
Commitment to continuing education and staying current with industry best practices
Strong interpersonal skills to build patient relationships and work in a team-oriented environment
Experience working in a fast-paced clinical setting
