Requirements

Currently registered and in good standing with the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario
Up to date with required certifications (CPR, First Aid, etc.)
Excellent communication skills
Ability to maintain patient records
Experience as an oral-health educator
Passionate about patient relationships
Ability to provide constructive feedback
Experience in general/preventative hygiene services (scaling, fluoride application, polishing, etc.)
Ability to design and implement patient treatment plans
Knowledge of dental disease and procedures
Proficient in recording treatments/patient records in compliance with CDHO guidelines
Familiarity with radiography/imaging techniques in compliance with HARP legislation
Experience with ABELDent, Itero, and VixWin is a plus (not mandatory)
Open to new graduates
